Ultimate requires less equipment than just about any other sport. All you really need is a disc, a field, and a few cones or water bottles to mark lines. Here is a list and explanation of everything you might need:

Disc - Almost all ultimate players use a Discraft 175-gram disc. Typically a game disc is white, though other colors like neon orange or glow-in-the-dark may be played with if desired.
