  1. Fitness (conditioning, individual drills)

  2. Stretching (get loose)

  3. Nutrition (general, pre-tournament, during-tournament, post-tournament)

  4. Injuries (prevention, first aid, rehabilitation)

  5. Partying (how to win the party and wake up to play the next day)
